Valid, US government issued ID (Driver's License, ID Card, or Passport). This will be verified by a 3rd party automatic system. Must be a US born citizen with a SSN. Digital copy of documents (PDF), needs to be sent prior to appointment time. We will email you instructions. Computer or Smartphone must contain audio and video capabilities Strong internet connection Location ability required for additional security measure

Yes. Signers have the flexibility to complete a transaction together on a shared device, simultaneously on multiple devices, or in separate notary meetings. Each signer must complete the identification process separately and signers who miss the initial meeting can still get their signatures notarized in a subsequent notary meeting.

Valid, government issued ID for the signer and the signer has to be of sound mind. The notary is able to ask clarifying questions to confirm the signer realizes what they are signing.

We cannot acknowledge the signature using an expired ID or passport. You will have to renew prior to setting the appointment. Please be sure to check ahead of time if you are unsure.

Yes, all the time! We understand the sensitivity of our customer's situations, and will always use the highest level of professionalism when signing. Remember to check the expiration date of the signer's ID.

Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. For mobile notary appointments, travel fees are required to be paid for every appointment and are non refundable.

We allot 30 minutes for each appointment, if you think you will need more time than this, please let us know and we can accommodate.
