Our Services

The charge is per Notarization plus either a traveling charge or remote online notarization consulting fee.  Some documents require multiple Notarizations.

A valid, government issued photo ID is required for each signing.

We enscribe the notarial language to certify it as a true copy of the original.

Upon request we can print, scan and email, and/or return to a FedEX, UPS, or USPS location.

Many times employers for out of state employees need I-9 verification services which we provide in addition to traveling to the employee's location.

Any time a notary comes to your location we charge a traveling fee, determined by the distance and amount of time traveled. Flat fee for any location in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area.

*Travel fees are required to be paid for every mobile appointment and are nonrefundable.

Appointment time slots are 30 mins, please advise if you think it will need more time. 

We prepare the documents electronically for your signature, our notarization and any additional fields required along with verify your identity virtually. We can also provide a template for a commonly used document upon request.
